Aaron founded R&A in 2002 and has dedicated his career to delivering high quality projects that bring real value to clients and communities.  Starting his journey as a sole trader concreter, Aaron has developed a hands-on understanding of the entire development and construction process.  Aaron continues to drive the vision of R&A Group evolving it into a fully integrated development and construction company working alongside and for some of Australia’s most prominent development and construction organisations.

Ross drives the day to day business operations and growth of R&A Group overseeing several areas of the business, including property development,  funds management, strategic opportunities and legal.  Ross’ 8+ years experience as a Commercial and Property Lawyer, working in both private practice and in-house roles, allows Ross to efficiently evaluate the risk profile of new projects and opportunities, ensuring R&A continues to deliver exceptional outcomes for its stakeholders.

As Head of Finance of R&A Group, Emma brings over 20 years experience in accounting and financial management. Emma is a registered CPA and possesses a deep understanding of financial structures and systems which allows her to drive efficiencies at R&A Group whilst supporting the long-term strategic goals of each R&A Group business line.  Emma provides clarity and insight, empowering decision making whilst ensuring the highest levels of governance and compliance are adhered to for each project.

Rachael is a highly experienced town planner and development manager with over 25 years in the development industry. Rachael brings to the R&A Group a deep understanding of all phases of development from procurement of land, design, feasibility, planning process, construction and project delivery. Known for her strong communication and negotiation skills, Rachael has built enduring relationships with Government authorities and key stakeholders, supporting the successful delivery of complex projects.

As Head of Procurement at R&A Group, Brians vast experience plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and value across all projects.  Brian believes in collaboration and building key relationships to deliver cost effective solutions that streamline processes and improve project outcomes.  Brians forward thinking and hands on approach has enabled R&A Group to leverage technology and adopt best business practices which enhance overall productivity ensuring exceptional results for R&A Group’s clients.

As Head of Operations of R&A Victoria, Shannon has over 15 years of hands-on experience in the concreting and civil works industry.  Shannons role is focussed on driving day to day operations across all projects, working closely with Victoria’s largest residential and commercial builders to deliver exceptional outcomes.  After successfully running his own business in the past, Shannon understands the importance of efficiency, quality and delivering results on time and within budget.

As Head of Special Projects of R&A Victoria, Michael delivers technically challenging, complex civil concrete works and structural builds. Michael has successfully managed many technical and demanding projects, including large-scale structural builds, detailed civil works and high-specification concrete installations.  From design co-ordination, methodology development and quality assurance, Michael is focussed on delivering a finished product which exceeds each clients expectations.  

Nathan is a versatile and experienced plumber who brings over 10 years industry experience to R&A. Specialising in large-scale infrastructure and civil works, Nathans expertise adds an integral skillset to R&A’s already expansive portfolio. From residential house plumbing and drainage works through to complex sewer and stormwater drains for large commercial projects, Nathan delivers solutions which are practical, durable and tailored to each specific projects requirements.

Jordan is an experienced Construction Manager with over 10 years in the industry, delivering complex and high-end projects across Victoria spanning early education, retail, industrial and residential. Having worked extensively across structural, shell and finishing stages, Jordan combines his technical knowledge with strong leadership and client relationship skills to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
